Vigilance and Inspection Cells, one each at Srinagar and Jammu, are being set up in the Forest Department for inspection of works and look into the complaints. The Cells would be headed by an officer of the rank of Deputy Conservator. The representatives from Forest Protection force will also be the members of the cell.
