Enquiry Commissioner and Special Judge (Vigilance) S Sathinathan, today ordered the Director of Vigilance, Thiruvananthpuram, Kerala, to register a crime and investigate the allegations of corruption and misappropriation of public money in the implementation of the Forestry project at Idukki, Thodupuzha and Kulamavu forest ranges during 1990-99, against 15 forest officials.
