The Society for Participatory Research in Asia (PRIA) and its partners in Himachal Pradesh, New Hope and Samaj Seva Parishad, organised a "Vikas Utsav" at Rail block in Kangra disrict last week on the theme "Strengthening Panchayati Raj Institutions".
