Mycotoxin, a fungal poison, sometimes found in fish feed is extremely dangerous to fish. Inaugurating a fisherman-farmer-industry-institution meet on 'Mycotoxin in feed' at the Central Marine Fisheries Research Institute (CMFRI), Dr. Shaheel Ahmed, Director of Industrial Fisheries said that this poison can even cause cancer to human beings and animals.
