The pale yellow water from taps of slums in Rajeshwarinagar and Rajgopalnagar in Karnataka have left its residetns covered in rashes and its babies crying with constant illness. The long complaints of these people gushed out at a public hearing on the right to safe drinking, water, conducted by Oxfam at Gandhi Bhavan.
