No water supply project will be showcased at the Global Investor Meet (GIM), scheduled to held here on January 18 and 19, but the Periyar Project (Cochin Industrial Water Supply Scheme) will be taken up at a later stage, Industries Minister P K Kunhalikutty said here on Sunday. Speaking at a meet-the-press programme, organised by the Ernakulam Press Club, Kunhalikutty said that pre-bidding for the Cochin Industrial Water Supply Scheme would be completed only after three months. Some companies have sought more time for examining the project conditions, he said
