A water scheme and four housing schemes with all infrastructure facilities in estate areas of the Kegalle district were vested with the people on August 16 and 17, states a media release issued by the Ministry of Housing and Plantation Infrastructure. The four housing schemes constructed with the joint efforts of the National Housing Development Authority and the Plantation Human Resources Development Trust, were supported by the Kegalle Estate Company, Yatiyanthota Pradeshiya Sabha, Superintendent of Kegalle Estate and some members of the public.
