Former Union minister Jagdish Tytler has refuted the claims of Delhi Mayor Yog Dhyan Ahuja that the city has ample safe drinking water.Taking credit for jolting the MCD out of its slumber, Tytler stated in a statement that the Mayor was not sure of what he was saying.
