If all goes well, residents of the city can finally say goodbye to their water woes. In order to tackle the problem of depleting ground water tale in Gurgaon, Haryana urban development authority (HUDA) has devised an ambitious plan to conserve water through water-harvesting techniques. Elaborating on the plan, HUDA administrator Anurag Agarwal said "We have proposed a comprehensive plan through which water that reaches Gurgaon through the creeks in Aravalli hills will be recharged by constructing recharge wells alongside'.
