The Delhi government will soon bring out a white paper on JJ clusters and slums in a bid to plug the gap in implementation of rehabilitation policy for JJ clusters.A decision to this effect was taken by the Delhi Cabient in a meeting headed by the chief minister, Ms Sheila Dikshit, today.
