Work done by Madhya Pradesh good in 37 sites

The oversight group of the Sardar Sarovar Project appointed by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has portrayed a mixed picture in its report after taking into account the report of the field verification report of 86 such sites in Madhya Pradesh. "The development work done by the Madhya Pradesh government is of a mixed character, good at 37 sites, average at 25 sites and deficient elsewhere,' the report of three-member committee headed by V.K. Shuglu said.
