The park will have a fountain of the shape of candle that will give an impression of lighting. The JDA will spend Rs.2.34 crore on constructing the new park, the foundation stone for which was laid on Saturday. New lighting system JDA Commissioner Ashok Jain said three stone pillars would be erected in the shape of a candle at the centre of the park and a fountain along with a new lighting system at the spot would give an impression in the night as if the candle is lighting. A footpath will also be constructed in the park for the convenience of visitors, while the outer circle will be decorated with attractive lights. Mr. Jain said the theme park, to be developed under the city beautification project, would emerge as a centre for tourist attraction.
