Dr D N Tewari, Member of the Planning Commission, will inaugurate a two-day workshop at the Forest Research Institute (FRI) in Dehra Dun on February 9 where forest research priorities for Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana and Delhi will be worked out.
