Negotiations for the Rs 4500 crore Mumbai Urban Transport Project (MUTP) finally begun between Mumbai Metropolitan Regional Development Authority (MMRDA) and the World Bank at Washington. The four member negotiating team is led by Metropolitan Commissioner Ajit Warty said MUTP project director U P S Madan.
