After the 450-MW Baglihar hydro-electric project and Kishenganga hydel project, India and Pakistan will now hold secretary-level talks on the Wullar Barrage/Tulbul navigation project in J-K. The Pakistan delegation is arriving tomorrow and the talks, postponed by two days, will start on Tuesday. Water resources secretary J. Harinarayan will hold talks with his Pakistan counterpart, secretary for water and power Ashfaq Mehmood, over two days. The Tulbul is a two-decade-old dispute. This is the 10th round of talks between the two countries. The last was held in Islamabad in July last year, after a gap of six years. There has been little progress.
