The World Wide Fund for Nature, India has announced its new package for the farmers living in the vicinity of tiger reserves in the country. Addressing a press conference senior WWF officials said under the new scheme a specific amount of money would be kept with various non-governmental organisations who would disburse the amount to the farmers when their cattle are killed by tigers.
