Ministry of Mines directed Indian Bureau of Mines to prepare the draft guidelines on “Environmental aspects of quarrying of minor minerals – Evolving of Model Guidelines” on following topics: Mining frame-work of minor minerals; Frame-work on cluster of mining; and Guidelines for reclamation & rehabilitation.
