Itanagar: Unprecedented flood looms large at East Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh following reported formation of an artificial reservoir at Tsangpo river in Tibet following a massive blockade due to a landslide on April 27. According to official sources, people in the district as well as in Jonai sub-division, under Dhemaji district of nearby Assam, were apprehending a flood in the area.
