• Analysis and simulation of air pollution in expressway toll station area

  <p>The effects of various factors of the real environment of the toll station such as wind speed and direction, vehicle flow and buildings on the diffusion of vehicular emission pollutants were explored. The CFD simulation model was set up to simulate the 3D airflow.

• Traffic flow forecasting by combination of SVM with PCA

  <p>For improving traffic flow forecasting precision, a forecasting method that combines nonlinear regression Support Vector Machines (SVM) with Principal Component Analysis (PCA) was proposed. PCA was used to extract features from forecasting variables and produce fewer principal components. </p>
