PARADIP: The district administration has decided to conduct a fresh survey at Dhinkia village to complete the exercise that was left undone due to protest by antiindustry group. The decision was taken after the district administration submitted the socioeconomic and forest survey report of the three panchayats _ Gadakujanga, Nuagaon and Dhinkia.

The Orissa government is still studying the renewal of the memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed with the South Korean steel major Posco five years ago. The MoU, which was signed on June 22, 2005, expired last week.
