The scenarios in this report show that large-scale deployment of carbon capture and storage technologies for new coal-fired power plants from year 2015 may reduce global CO2 emissions by 8-19% by 2030 and 23-25% by 2100. By 2100 global warming is reduced from 4.9 to 4.4
