This data sheet assesses the countries' resilience and adaptive capacity to climate change impacts, and highlights the objectives carried by the Millennium Development Goals, such as improving infrastructure to enhance food and water security, and investments in education, health, and gender equity, that can be cost-effective components of national and international responses to climate change and its human impacts, especially for vulnerable populations.
