Order of the National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi) in the matter of Sanjay Agnihotri V/s Union of India & Ors. dated 09/09/2014 regarding air and water pollution in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Counsel appearing for the UP Pollution Control Board submits that there has been improvement in overall CEPI score from 80 to 78 and as regards the air pollution index is concerned, the marker index has gone down from 73 to 50 between 2011 and 2013.
