A lot of smoke
in an effort to check the growing air pollution levels in Delhi, the state government is considering a ban on the sale of new two-wheelers fitted with two-stroke engines with effect from January next year. Expectedly, this proposal has given rise to a lot of controversy. While some experts hail the proposition, others view it as a restraint on technology.
