During the present study, the effect of inoculation of biofertilizers and chemical fertilizer on growth and nutrient acquisition of Tectona grandis was observed under nursery conditions. Factorial combination of biofertilizer and chemical fertilizer alone and in combination was applied to see the effect on growth, biomass and nutrient uptake in teak. In all the combinations, growth and nutrient uptake were found significantly higher in comparison to uninoculated seedlings but showed variation with treatments.
