Food and civil supplies minister Ramalingareddy has said that 46 lakh green cards will be distributed to beneficiaries within May 1,2003. Besides, foodgrains were being distributed to the public under public distribution system (PDS) under government schemes, he said seeking cooperation of the people in this regard.
