Angola, Zambia strengthen cooperation in agriculture field

This was said Wednesday in Luanda by Zambian Agriculture minister, Dora Siliya, while speaking to Angop at International Airport shortly before leaving Luanda at the end of her three-day visit to Angola.
The minister said that a delegation from her country will come to Angola to launch and define the mechanisms of the delivery protocol.
According to her, the matters was initially addressed with the Angolan ambassador to Zambia, Balbina Dias da Silva.
During her stay, the Zambian official met with her Angolan counterpart, Marcos Nhunga, in the presence of Zimbabwean representatives, to discuss trilateral cooperation, mainly the seed production and staff training.
Angola, Zambia, Namibia and Zimbabwe cooperate at bilateral level and within the sector programmes developed under the recommendations of the Southern African Development Community (SADC), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO).
